Honors & Awards
Bangladesh Scouts presents various awards to its members as recognition for service, leadership, character, and skills. The Shapla Cub Award is for developing basic scouting skills and character, the President’s Scout Award is the highest honor for leadership and excellence, the National Service Award recognizes significant contributions to society, and the Bar to the National Service Award is given for a second significant contribution. The National Certificate acknowledges training and participation, while the Medal of Merit and Bar to the Medal of Merit honor leadership, bravery, and notable contributions. Other awards recognize special activities or exceptional skills. Altogether, these awards show that in scouting, service, leadership, and character are the true rewards.

President's Scout Award
The President Scout Award is the highest achievement for Scouts in Bangladesh, awarded by Bangladesh Scouts under the patronage of the Honourable President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, who serves as the Chief Scout of the nation.
Earning the President Scout Award is a journey of discipline, determination, and service. Candidates must successfully complete a series of advancement tests, merit badges, leadership roles, and community service projects. Final assessments are conducted at the national level before the award is conferred.
National Service Award
Through the Scout movement, in recognition of your courage and honorable service in successfully carrying out public welfare activities such as flood relief, waterlogging, storm assistance, emergency rescue, and the collection and distribution of relief materials, you are awarded the National Service Award by Bangladesh Scouts.
